My room at this centrally located hotel was spacious and had a large balcony with a stunning view of the pool and mountains. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the wifi and TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at this central hotel that was close to everything. The location was perfect and provided a stunning view of the mountains in the distance. Our spacious room had a lovely large balcony which overlooked the beautiful pool area. The friendly hotel staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet had many delicious options. The free wifi and TV worked without any issues. The conference room brought a great atmosphere as a small group was there having international development meetings.

Although the room had a closet with a bar in it, disappointed there were no hangers provided which made it a bit inconvenient for storing clothes.

My recent weekend in a centrally located hotel was a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which added to the already enjoyable and exciting experience. I relished in the spacious and comfortable room, which boasted a large balcony with a picturesque view of the pool area and the beautiful mountain range in Guatemala. breakfast was divine, with plenty of savory options to choose from.

Although there weren't many aspects that I didn't like about the hotel, the absence of hangers in my room caught me off guard, and I had to improvise by putting my clothes over the chairs. It was a minor inconvenience, and I could've requested hangers from the desk, but it would have been far more convenient had they included them in the room.

Location is great for exploring the city center and nearby attractions. A fantastic complimentary breakfast was provided with both hot and cold options. Room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds.

The staff had poor communication skills, several times they didn't understand my requests and I had to repeat myself multiple times. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, I had to re-connect several times throughout my stay.
